The location of this Sheraton is excellent, providing convenient access to the major attractions in Arlington. The staff were incredibly helpful, particularly in assisting with my work needs and setting up my presentation equipment. My room was clean, and the shuttle service to the nearby Metro station was a real advantage for commuting during my stay.

High parking fees were disappointing.

Lots of issues but a cozy room

Our stay was kinda rough. We loved the comfy room but had a bad experience in the club since staff seemed rude about our kids. Plus, the shower barely gave hot water for 2 mins. They need to address that. On the bright side, the lobby had coffee and hot cocoa daily which was a nice treat.

I gotta say the staff there was exceptional helping out when I needed it late at night when my flight was delayed, they really went above and beyond. The room was a good size and the beds are comfortable made it easier after a long day.
